One of the many gems of the Wilkes-Barre area. Sweet Treet offers delicious breakfast specials for $1.59 (they were once only $.99). Their coffee tastes like it might contain a splash of vodka, and their staff is extremely sweet, especially once they start drinking High Life after noon.
I will miss you, Sweet Treet. Not exclusively when in India, but whenever I am outside of your delicious womb.
